Private Transportation — Estimated Costs
We will recommend the most suitable transportation option based on the number of travelers and your preferred itinerary.
The following prices are general estimates for one day of private transportation.
Actual costs may vary depending on the vehicle type, duration of use, travel distance, departure location, season, and other operating conditions.
- 🚘 Private Vehicle (up to 8 passengers): from JPY 70,000/day
- 🚌 Small Bus: from JPY 89,000/day (9–15 passengers)
- 🚌 Medium-Sized Bus: from JPY 104,000/day (9–20 passengers)
- 🚌 Large Bus: from JPY 122,000/day (20–45 passengers)

※Chartered bus fares and charges in Japan are calculated in accordance with the applicable standards established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and regional transport bureaus, as well as the fares and charges filed by each bus operator.

Guide Fees — Estimated Costs
Our experienced guides will introduce you to local attractions and provide support throughout your journey.
Fees may vary depending on the destination, itinerary, peak travel season, the guide’s experience and expertise, and language requirements.
▶ Estimated Fee: approximately JPY 35,000–50,000 per day

- Guide experience and specialized knowledge

Contact us through the inquiry form below and tell us about your desired destination, travel dates, budget, number of travelers, and anything else you have in mind.
Based on your requests, we will provide an initial cost estimate.
If you are happy with the estimate, we will move on to the full itinerary planning stage.
Once you accept our quotation and pay the planning fee, our professional team will begin creating your personalized itinerary.

“Why do I need to pay before I see the complete itinerary?”
Unlike a sample itinerary, every custom-made journey is created entirely from scratch.
Our professional planners carefully design each trip based on your preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and travel style. Behind every itinerary is extensive research, local knowledge, firsthand experience, and careful coordination of countless details.
Creating a truly memorable journey takes our team’s creativity, time—and quite a lot of coffee for inspiration. ☕
In the past, we have occasionally created complete itineraries for travelers who then disappeared somewhere into the universe.
While we can smile about it now, each itinerary requires a great deal of time and effort from our team.
For this reason, we kindly ask for an itinerary planning fee of JPY 70,000 before we begin creating your detailed itinerary.
※ Don’t worry—the itinerary planning fee will be applied toward the total cost of your trip.
Once your itinerary is finalized, New Adventure will arrange reservations for accommodations, transportation, and other necessary services.
The remaining balance must be paid 2–4 months before departure.
If your departure date is approaching, earlier payment may be required.
Before your journey begins, we will complete a final confirmation of your arrangements so you can travel with peace of mind.
